60 A in my clients hair after only one week, the knots were shocking even tho my client had the proper hair care .. I ordered other shades and they were all fine and we had no issues but the really blonde 60 A was shocking.. I asked for a refund but it was denied (as I had to order from my usual supplier in Ireland a new set of extensions for my client) I was offered a 50% discount on my next order but after the way they refused to refund due to quality issues of this product I will not purchase again.. I spent over €1500 with this supplier and they didn’t have the decency to own up to one item s fault
